We greatly appreciate your participation in this survey. This is a web-based survey. Even though most questions are similar to previous years, the web-based survey offers advantages like saving your responses as you go, completing the survey in multiple sittings, and being able to access your survey anywhere at any time!

If you participate in this survey you will receive a free copy of the comprehensive Salary Survey report, and an ‘Individualized Comparison Report’ which compares your clinic corporation to other clinic corporations participating in the survey (in California state).
